2. Epic Fear Haunted House in Mesa, Arizona

Epic Fear Haunted House

Epic Fear is a part of Scarizona Scaregrounds, an epic horror attraction site with several popular attractions at one location!

If you’re afraid of spiders, clowns, and snakes, it’s best to stay away from this haunted house.

Fear in humans can arise in response to a current stimulus or in anticipation or expectation of a future threat regarded as harm to one’s body or life.

The fight-or-flight response, which can result in a freeze response or paralysis in extreme cases of dread (horror and terror), is triggered by the sense of danger, leading to a confrontation with or escape from/avoiding the threat (also known as the fight-or-flight response).

Many people have refused entry by simply backing out before entering. Several people have taken advantage of the first opportunity to exit, which is about 100 feet from the entrance.

“A fascinating look into what frightens so many people” – death, clowns, extreme effects, zombies, chainsaws, and much more! Epic Fear caters to a wide range of audiences.

3. Slayer’s Slaughter House in Mesa, Arizona

Slayer’s Slaughter House is a part of Scarizona Scaregrounds.

If you’re afraid of blood, guts, and gore, stay away from this haunted mansion.

What began as a tiny town meat processing business and slaughterhouse for the Arizona Locals in the late 1880s is now one of Arizona’s most popular haunted attractions.

James Dedrict, the plant manager, took great pride in his work and the people he served.

Dedrict, who had been at the mill for nearly 40 years and had just turned 78, had been mentally challenged and began to picture himself in the animals he was slaughtering in the 1920s.

He began surreptitiously attempting to turn animals into humans. When a plant employee was absent for a while, local authorities assumed the individual had gone to a different town, but Dedrict was actually attempting to combine animal parts onto the workers’ bodies.

Early in 1932, Dedrict was brutally murdered. A local claimed he was slaughtered and gutted by a half-man, half-pig creature. A local claimed he was slaughtered and gutted by a half-man, half-pig creature.

26. Vulture City, Arizona Ghost Town

This abandoned village was built in 1863 to serve the requirements of Arizona’s most successful gold mine. It is located in the stunning Sonoran Desert scenery.

The population of Vulture City swiftly grew to 5,000 people. The mine produced 340,000 ounces of gold and 260,000 ounces of silver between 1863 and 1942 and is credited for establishing Wickenburg.

This meteoric ascent was followed by a meteoric fall, with the War Production Board ordering the closure of all non-essential mines in 1942 to focus resources on the war effort.

Vulture City’s destiny was sealed when the mine closed, and the settlement was abandoned soon after.

The famed Gadsden Hotel has been the site of several unexplained encounters that continue to terrify witnesses to this day.

If the people who work there every day have their own ghost stories to tell, you know the property is truly haunted.

Robin Brekhus, a manager of the Gadsden Hotel, was suspicious about the hotel’s rumored ghostly past. Let me tell you something.

One walk to the basement was all it took for her to alter her mind. Robin had no choice but to hunt for candles to protect the hotel lobby from becoming completely dark after a power outage.

So she walked down to the basement in quest of candles and happened to get a glimpse of a terrifying apparition. The apparition was dressed in a long duster coat and a cowboy hat, according to her.

She felt the figure’s eyes on her as if teasing her to establish eye contact with him, even though it didn’t move or flinch.
